We're building a Home (elevation C)!!  It should be ready in March so I can move in before the wedding!  We're moving to Charlotte so I can be closer to the airport.  We have a corner lot and the neighborhood will eventually hold around 650 houses divided into 4 parts. Community holds a clubhouse, pool, playground, and some kind of sporting field with sidewalks on both sides. Who wants to buy a house with us and be neighbors???  Who is coming to party?!?!  Eek!

Warning: The exclamation marks that are going to ensue may annoy you...

Got a job interview!!

I'm going to be flown up to Baltimore either one Friday this month or right after I graduate (as soon as they can get the interviewers together) for a 4-part person interview with RWD consulting!

I also had an Accenture consultant submit my resume through the internal network today so I should be hearing from them soon too!

I'm pretty sure that if I get a consulting job then I'm going to move back to Shelby (why pay rent on an apt that I won't be at M-Th?) for awhile.  That way I can save up a lot of money and work on buying my first home.

Nutrisystem is going great -- I've lost 10 lbs and I just feel healthy so I'm definitely going to go for another month.

I have less than 4 weeks of classes/exams left...goodness.

Upcoming events that I'm excited about...
4/13  Anniversary dinner! Mmmm Key West Fish
4/14  ZTA State Day--House-warming party
4/21  Social
4/28  Beer Fest in Raleigh
5/7    Last Exam
5/12  Graduation!!!

So when did the real world come knocking on my door?

I've started the job search--I'll have two resumes out by this week to some contacts that I have made to consulting companies. Although that doesn't seem like a big deal, and yes I probably should have started a long time ago, it still feels really weird to me. Because for once it's not for a grade and it's not for busy work.  The employer won't give it back and tell me to redo it.

But am I ready to leave college? Yes! But really just the people in my classes. I'm surrounded by morons who think they are funny and I'd rather be getting paid if I have to be surrounded by such immaturity.

Roughly 5 weeks left of classes......Oh....My.

So I just ordered nutrisystem.  I'm so cheap/broke that I only buy the cheapest stuff I can find and since I'm always on the go, the food has to be on the go as well, which leads to limited food options that I'm just sick of...(Apologies for the long sentence).  But long story short - I don't have the time to count calories.  So I bit the bullet and did it.

I'm also auditing an aerobics class this mini-term. I say audit b/c I can't take on any more classes without having to pay and I really don't think this class would be worth an extra $426.00 added on to my tuition.

I also want to go running with Abby.  However I know it would just end up being me running and abby being dragged which would eventually end with me throwing her into traffic. Maybe we'll work first at running around the caged-in tennis courts.

So I'm excited about the fitness. I'm not going to say too much more about it though...don't want to put myself out there for a let down.

Hoorah for no more night classes!
Hoorah for being 15/16 my way through college.
Hoorah for Abby learning to leave it/sit/lay/and paw.

That's your catch up
